Hi, I’m Doctor Andrew Cooper, medical director here at Caledon Clinic. Ketamine has mainly been an anesthesia agent used for pain management and induction of general anesthetic. There are certain predictable side effects from Ketamine. Here at Caledon Clinic. We are prepared to treat all of them with medications, life support and emergency diagnostics. If you need them. Some people may experience some behavioral disinhibition, or they may have the so called out of body experience. If these are scary and make you act out or become anxious, we generally will reorient you without medication, but we also have medications if you need them. I look forward to the next chapter in the saga of our Caledon Clinic quest to help our community stay mentally healthy.
